Helping reps with food allergies and dietary requirements

The food provided at conference and especially fringe meetings, falls largely beyond FCC's control. However, we try to ensure that the venues offer vegan food, gluten-fee dishes and other specialist requirements on request.
 
We are aware of cases of extreme nut allergies. Consequently we request that venues do not offer nuts at receptions and encourage our fringe bookers not to include them in any refreshments on offer. It cannot be guaranteed that all dishes have been prepared without nuts or in a nut-free environment.
