Participation for reps with hearing impairments

Sign language interpreters are used at all sessions in the main auditorium and the rally. We are also currently exploring the possibility of having all the sessions in the auditorium served by subtitles simultaneously on screen.
 
An induction loop system is available throughout the conference venue. The conference office also encourages all our fringe bookers to use PA and induction loop systems at their meetings. All fringe meetings doing so will be highlighted in the fringe directory. If you or anyone you know needs an induction loop system at a fringe event they wish to attend, we recommend that you contact the organisers in advance to ensure that it is fitted.
